Prophet Orin Perry - known as a pastor, intellectual, rare orator, an old man incarcerated in a young body, one who migrates the mind and voice of God to earth, educator, uncle, brother, father, and loyal friend serves as the Senior Prophet and Founder of the House of Mandate; which is now one church in 3 locations. The main campus is located in Roanoke Rapids, NC, the House of Mandate, under the leadership of Prophet Perry, is one of the city's fastest growing churches. It is a church known for sound prophetic biblical teaching and high praise and worship.

Prophet Perry also serves as the North Carolina Covenant Pastor within the Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies, Inc. under the direction of Bishop Dr. Sherman S. Watkins, Prelate; Bishop T. D. Jakes, Vice-Prelate; and Bishop Dr. Glen A. Staples, 2nd Vice-Prelate. He also serves as Covenant Pastor and the National Prophet for the Temple of Praise International Fellowship of churches which has over 300 churches under Bishop Glen A. Staples; his pastor and spiritual father. Prophet Perry has been graced to minister up to 14,000 people and minister on platforms with some of the most renowned voices of the church; such as Bishop T.D Jakes, Pastor Sheryl Brady, Dr. Jamal Bryant, Dr. Marvin Sapp, Bishop George Bloomer, and Dr. TL Penny just to name a few.

Prophet Perry was called to the gospel ministry at the tender age of six. He served as a minister in the Way of the Cross Church for seventeen years under the tutelage of the late Dr. Martha S. Parker. In 2008, God led him to his current spiritual father and pastor Bishop Dr. Glen A. Staples of the Temple of Praise, Washington, D.C, where he currently serves in sonship and covenant. In 2011, Prophet Perry founded The House of Mandate (HOM) in an effort to address church hurts, spiritual obscurity, personal insecurity, and give biblical truths that people can apply to everyday circumstances. Prophet preaches the WORD which transcends all genders, denominations, distresses, immoral acts, and voices “Jesus died a pugnacious death, so you can live a prosperous life.”

Under the leadership of Prophet Orin Perry, The House of Mandate, in addition to sound biblical teaching, prophetic training, and leadership workshops, offers the community classes on resume building, financial management, and business entrepreneurship. Through various local collaborations with the judicial and educational system, the church offers G.E.D programs, D.E.A.R (DEAR) program (driver license restoration program), financial literacy development, and business skill development and management.

Born in Roanoke Rapids, NC, Pastor Perry attended Halifax County schools. He holds an Associates and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. His wisdom and keen insight continues to be featured and sought out for many publications, and he is the best selling author of his book, “I AM PROPHECY,” a daily prophetic study for prophetic discipleship and development.

Prophet Perry has been featured on national television - TBN (Trinity Broadcast Network), The Word Network, TCTtv (Tri-State Christian Television), TCN (The Comcast Network), and radio 107.3 WBOB-FM (The Promise - Rocky Mount, NC).

Recently, Prophet Perry joined Halifax County School District in launching a young men’s empowerment program to prepare the Adams of today to take their position as not only the head, but the mind and brains in society.

Pastor Shon Speller - A man who believes in seeking the heart of God as a true worshipper, as he flows from the pastoral anointing and the gifting of prayer and praise and worship. Pastor Speller is a man that will cry holiness and believes solely in the deep calling to travail and mourn in the spirit of God. 

Pastor Speller’s voice holds an invoking anointing that will provoke the power of God. Walking in the gifting of the prophetic and the office of Pastor, he serves North Carolina eastern region as one of its greatest shepherds. He is a man that is tangible and approachable, one who loves the medicine of laughter and the release of joy and convivial. A demon fighter to his heart and a prayer-warrior to his soul. Pastor Speller in all authenticity operates as one of this generation's greatest worshippers and leaders, who are humble enough to say “Not Mine Will, but Thine Will Be Done”. 

Pastor Speller has been blessed with two children, John and Keshauna, whom he holds dearly to his heart.

He is a native of Williamston NC, where he heard the clarion call of God under the tutelage of his former mother in the ministry. Dr. Martha S. Parker of the Way of the Cross Churches of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. Pastor-Elder Speller felt the tug of ministry in the early 1990’s where he received salvation and was filled with the power of God. He soon thereafter, started preaching in 1996 and launched forth in his calling.

Traveling over the eastern region preaching and teaching the gospel, he soon after was ordained an Elder in the Lord’s church in 1999 under Dr.Martha S. Parker. Feeling the call to a spiritual father, God sent Pastor Speller to Bishop Reginald Lise of Keys to Life Ministries. In Pastor Speller's words, “he received the nurturing of a spiritual mother, but he needed the molding of a spiritual father”. Under the tutelage of Bishop Lise, he started and became a founding member of Life Line Christian Community Church where he served in the capacity of Assistant Pastor for two years. 

Pastor Speller is presently serving as the Senior Associate Pastor of The House of Mandate Inc. of Roanoke Rapids NC (3 locations), where his spiritual leader is Senior Pastor and Prophet Orin Perry, a longtime friend and spiritual colleague. For over 10 years he has been committed to the call as Senior Associate Pastor. Pastor Speller’s ministerial training is extensive and he is able to operate in many capacities in the Lord's church. 

Pastor Speller received his theologically studies at Dr. Martha S. Parker Bible College. He formed a Men’s Outreach Ministry, naming it The Sonz of Judah, where he not only mentors men in ministerial capacities, but social capacities as well. He utilizes his five years of experience as a residential guardian and ten years of experience in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice to mentor these men. He is currently studying to receive a degree in Criminal Justice at Pitt Community College. 


Pastor Speller’s personal prayer is for God to amplify his voice in such a way that the sound of God, the integrity of God, the excellence of God, and mainly the power of God is heard through him. His personal walk is revolved around (Matt 9:13) “But go and learn what this means: ‘I DESIRE COMPASSION, AND NOT SACRIFICE,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
